Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation before 14 days of arrival : No Charge.

*Cancellation within 14 days of arrival : The full stay will be charged and refund made only if the room is re-let.

*NO SHOW: The full stay will be charged with NO refund.


*A reservation is a legally binding contract, and we strongly advise that Holiday Insurance is taken out in the normal way in the event of cancellation for any reason.

 

Arrival Time: 2pm unless previously arranged. Please confirm time of arrival on the morning of your stay

Departure: 10.30am unless previously arranged. Please note that late departures are not always possible due to new arrivals.

Payment: The balance of your stay will be taken from your chosen card on departure unless you otherwise wish to pay by cash.

Cheques: are no longer accepted at this establishment.

Booking Date Alterations: Should you wish to change the date/s of your booking, there will be an administration charge of 20.

Smoking: We are a no smoking establishment and a charge of 200 will be charged for the deep cleaning of the room should any residue or smell of smoke be evident in your room. This is a standard charge for commercial cleaners to come out to deep clean the room.

Damage & Loss: Any damage and loss caused will be charges for at cost. Should we be unable to re-use a room due to damage, we will charge for that room until the damage and/or loss can be rectified and the room opened again.

Parking:  Parking is free. there is a parking place for one car only per room. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles while parked at West Vale during your stay.

Children:

*Sorry No Children Under The Age Of Twelve

*Young adults (over twelve years) are charged at the adult rate

*Pets: Regretfully we no longer take pets.
